Promotion of 12 new Certified Management Consultants

On October 21, 2011 Macedonian Management Consultant Association – MCA-2000, organized certificates award event to award the CMC certificates for the group of 12 newly certified CMCs (Certified Management Consultants). This was the third group of CMC certification in Macedonia, and the very first one organized completely independently by MCA-2000, which earlier this year became a full member of International Council of Management Consultant Institutes (ICMCI), and acquired certification body authorities.

USAID Competitiveness Project and EBRD-financed TAM/BAS program supported the second cycle of CMC certifications, that was a real breakthrough, which resulted in 30 Macedonian consultants being awarded CMC certificates in May 2010.

CMC certification denotes the highest quality consulting standards, and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. MCA-2000 has a membership of 54 Certified Management Consultants (CMC)s at present. Their professional engagements with Macedonian companies not only provide them with cutting edge services, but help them compete in regional and international markets. With these group certifications, Macedonia now ranks first in the region for CMC capacity, and is followed by Romania (50 CMCs) and Bulgaria (45), Croatia (30) and Slovenia (10).
